Before creating our User Persona’s, each team member performed an online literature
review. Our goal was to be able to root our personas in referenced factual context. Once
our individual research was complete, we collaborated to coalesce our data into a more
cohesive and condensed form. This combined research provided a basis from which to draw
the details of our personas (i.e. characteristics, pain points, desires, technology,
skills and goals).
